This study aimed to assess the impact of liquid consistency on penetration-aspiration scale (PAS) scores using a Bayesian multilevel ordinal regression model, considering scores from repeated bolus trials. Additionally, the study aimed to determine if PAS scores differed across thickener type within each consistency.
